About ESP Mobile Saver
ESP Mobile Saver is another way to reward shoppers – ESP Mobile Saver is exclusive to ESP Rewards Members whom have registered their mobile. Receive big savings weekly and special offers direct to your Mobile. ESP Mobile Saver is part of ESP Rewards Program which includes Points Vouchers – point earned for every dollar spent and privileged discounts – additional specials, lower shelf prices and discounts.
ESP Mobile Saver will deliver 5 sensational weekly specials to those ESP Reward members registered to receive ESP Mobile Saver. The specials will be on popular everyday items and will comprise of either a discount or a multi-buy. To qualify as an ESP Mobile Saver special the item has to be heavily discounted and certainly better than catalogue and regular in-store specials – its gives Mobile Saver members exclusive access to great specials.
How will I be notified of the ESP Mobile Saver specials?
ESP Mobile Saver members will receive notification of Mobile Saver specials via MMS/SMS on their mobile phone (and/or email) weekly. The specials will also be ticketed in-store.
When will the MMS message be received?
MMS/SMS & Email notification of Weekly Specials will be received on a Wednesday, with the ability to shop the discounts from Wednesday – Sunday (5 days).
How many ESP Mobile Saver notifcation will I receive?
Just one per week advising of the ESP Mobile Saver Weekly Special, but from time to time we may have an exceptional offer so you may receive more than one communication in that week.
How do I redeem a Mobile Saver special offer?
ESP Mobile Saver Members purchase the Mobile Saver discounted item, scan their key tag and save.
Will I receive the offer if I have not registered my mobile number with ESP rewards?
No, you will not receive the reward. We hope that the ESP Mobile Saver incentives will encourage participation in the ESP Rewards program.
Can I shop the ESP Mobile Saver offer across all IGA stores?
Your ESP Rewards tag is linked with a specific store so the ESP Mobile Saver Weekly specials you receive are for that store ONLY.
Join ESP Mobile Saver
How do you join ESP Mobile Saver?
ESP Reward Members just need to register their Mobile No. by texting their ESP key tag barcode (13 digit) to 0417 387 824, OR applying online.
Non ESP Rewards Members need to join ESP Rewards and provide a Mobile No. Apply at checkout or online. ESP Mobile Saver members can ‘Opt Out’ at anytime.
How long after I join does the ESP Mobile Saver offer become active?
Once you have applied for ESP Rewards or updated details to receive ESP Mobile Saver you will become active in the system within 3 days and will be free to shop the ESP Mobile Saver weekly specials.
I don’t have a mobile or email!
Customers who don’t have a mobile can register their email address and still receive the ESP Mobile Saver Weekly Specials. If you have neither you can nominate someone else - partner, relative or friends details when joining Mobile Saver and whilst you won’t receive the communication you will receive scan discounts.
Opt Out
What if I move or no longer wish to receive ESP Mobile Saver?
Each ESP Mobile Saver Weekly Special received enables the recipient to OPT OUT – just text STOP to the number at the bottom of the message. DO NOT reply to the Mobile No. that sent the message as this is not activated to receive messages. For email OPT OUT type STOP in subject line.
Technical Support
My ESP Mobile Saver messages aren’t being received!
Assuming you are an ESP Reward member who has registered your Mobile No. you should receive the specials weekly – if not get in touch with us via the contact us form and we will respond within 24 hours.
I'm not receiving the MMS message!
Some mobiles and telco carriers are not activated to receive MMS messages – so as a default you will receive a SMS/TEXT.
I can't see pictures of the specials
Depending on your phone setup and your mobile phone carrier you may or may not be able to view the pictures of the specials.
If you think you should please contact us and include:
- Your phone type (e.g. Apple iPhone, Nokia e71)
- Your carrier (e.g. Telstra, Optus)
- Your Phone number (The mobile number that is getting the message)
- and if you would like us to contact you on this matter - how you would like us to do so (e.g. Please call my mobile, or please email me myemail@hotmail.com).
